As a self-starter with a passion for entrepreneurship, I founded several companies over the years, and most notably a digital agency specialized in product strategy, research and design. Eventually, I took on a managing partner position at a Europen digital agency 300 strong, that I left two years ago to venture out as an independent consultant. For more than a decade, I have been leading the execution of impactful and results-driven solutions for companies worldwide, ranging from startups to F500, and spanning various industries, such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, e-commerce, automotive, and hardware.
I am driven by my desire to create a lasting impact and achieve tangible business outcomes. With a solid cross-disciplinary expertise in the digital field and strong business and managerial acumen, I adopt a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset in anything I do and strive to deliver results that exceed expectations every step of the way.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to tackle diverse and exciting challenges: from driving business growth for major e-commerce platforms to enhancing medication adherence for diabetic patients, boosting the adoption of internal tools, or helping scale-ups find their product-market fit, I have gained valuable experience in a wide range of areas.
As a manager, I was responsible for sourcing, leading, training, mentoring, and structuring product, design and research teams. I placed a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, rigor, and responsibility; I also encouraged my teams to embrace ambiguity, provided ample space for growth, and worked to bring out their best while ensuring that they were able to thrive at scale.
