Entrepreneur, manager and multidisciplinary consultant.

As a self-starter with a passion for entrepreneurship, I founded several companies throughout the years before taking a managing partner position at a European digital agency 300 strong. For the past several years, I led the execution of meaningful and results-driven solutions, blending behavioural and data sciences in novel and rigorous approaches to designing experiences and achieving quantifiable business outcomes. I worked with companies globally, from startup to F500, across a range of industries, including but not limited to Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, E-commerce, Automotive & Hardware.

As a manager, I sourced, led, trained, mentored and structured design and research teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, rigour and responsibility, encouraging them to embrace ambiguity, reviewing processes now and again to avoid crippling creativity, flexibility and their ability to thrive at scale.
